How to order?

Order is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4!

1. Search the online store and select the products that interest you.

2. Click on the add to cart button and select quantities.

3. Click the checkout button and verify you have the products and quantities you want.

4. SHIPPING: we have not been able to integrate DISCOUNT shipping codes into the checkout process, so if the shipping charge looks off to you, it probably is! We have arranged significant discounts with several shippers, so for heaven's sake, if you want the product, call us and ask for the exact shipping cost, and we'll calculate it for you on the spot!! In the meantime, we are migrating to new shopping cart software that will accurately calculate shipping for you.

5. Complete the payment registration and pay with your current Paypal account (or create a new one) or with one of several major credit cards.

Once the process is complete, you will receive a notice from Natural Playgrounds Company confirming your order. Your order will then be fulfilled and shipped.

STANDARD CAUTION: BEFORE ACCEPTING SHIPMENT OF ANY PRODUCTS (from us or anyone), MAKE SURE YOU CAREFULLY INSPECT FOR DAMAGES!! UNLESS YOU MAKE A NOTE OF DAMAGES, THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL NOT PAY A CLAIM, and we can't help, either.
